Texas House to debate bail reform proposals Monday

Rep. Mitch Little, R – Denton, joins Lone Star Politics to give an update on the upcoming debate over bail reform proposals. It’s one of Governor Abbott’s top priorities and will require judges to hold accused criminals in jail for more serious crimes. Opponents of the idea say it restrict judges ability to make decisions and treats accused criminals as guilty before they have had their day in court.
