Extremely high instability across North Texas will contribute to a couple of rounds of thunderstorms and possible severe weather.

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect until 5 p.m. for Comanche, Erath, Hood and Somervell Counties and until 4:45 p.m. for Hamilton County; the main threats are hail and high wind gusts.

The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for all of the counties in North Texas until 10:00 p.m.
