North Texas woman shares ovarian cancer journey to raise awareness

Ovarian cancer often isn’t detected until late stage because the symptoms are subtle and there’s no regular screening for it. According to the American Cancer Society, it’s one of the leading causes of cancer deaths among women. A North Texas woman is sharing her journey to encourage women to advocate for themselves.
