Dallas ISD distributed 10,000 newly purchased WiFi mobile hotspot devices to students so they can connect to the internet from home.
Staff delivered them to middle schools Tuesday and high schools on Monday.
Elementary students will start to receive them at some point during the week of April 27.
The school board approved the purchase in March.
Additional Chromebooks will be arriving for students as well.
